My thanks to you as well for the excellent follow through service you and your company are showing. This type of service is sadly missing with Optometrists and I believe you will do very well in business by displaying it. People do indeed care about the prices they pay for goods and services, but in my view, they care far more about how they are treated as customers and clients – that’s what they remember when they deal with a person and a company. Clearly, you understand this as you have taken the time and trouble to go out of your way for me and I appreciate that. More to the point, I will remember it and will tell others.
