Our practices are open again by appointment only for patients who need eye care under Alert Level 3 restrictions in accordance with the Ministry of Health guidance.
If you are experiencing any problems with your eyes or cannot function with your current eye wear, please call us to book an appointment. However, if you want to book a routine eye check, you will have to wait until we move to Alert Level 2.
We are also able to supply contact lenses, contact lens solutions, eye drops and provide contactless collections and repairs in Alert Level 3.

I'd like to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional experience my wife and I had in your store last week.
We had booked a grab-one voucher you had on offer as I had recently broken my glasses, previously purchased from you Henderson branch 4 years ago.
Firstly, we arrived early as to have extra time to examine new frames - which the staff were perfectly accommodating about, and were in no way pushy or 'helpful' as many salespeople today can be - particularly if they are working on commission.
Kevin decided he could see me early for my eye exam so he politely introduced himself, asked me if I was ready, and guided me through the process, incredibly gently and informatively. At each point he would wipe down the machine with disinfectant before I used it, and was very calming and reassuring. I came in a couple of months ago to have my eyes examined and get new eye glasses in preparation for taking the vision exam for a new drivers license.
I am over age 60. Pei-Lin (Linda) gave me the best eye exam I have ever had I my life and the prescription lenses are great - I could read off the letters for the drivers license so easily. I know all too often that the only time you hear from a client or customer is when there is a complaint.
However I recently came in for an eye exam and glasses and not only did I get an appointment on the day I called but I received my glasses within two days. Whilst this was impressive in itself having in the past waited over a week to get glasses I was more impressed with the people working at this branch. Paul is an example for perfect customer service, he was polite, friendly and an overall delight to deal with. The optometrist was very good at what she does and I felt very comfortable with her as well as the young lady that assisted me with choosing the frames.
I walked out of the branch and have recommended John O'Connor to everyone and that is not something I would usually do.
